-
Personal development
In a sequence of four 2-day modules spread over one year, you will receive group training that focusses on personal development and soft skills. Learning by doing is key in this process, you will be challenged with many hands-on exercises and cases to hone your skills.

Sustainability project
Another feature of our Talent Program, is the sustainability business project, where you will help to build a sustainable and resilient society. It is the opportunity to develop your Think Yes mentality, make an impact, and gain exposure. During the Think Yes Presentations you will pitch the results directly to NIBC’s managing board.
