Gridserve, a leading charge point operator in the UK, secured financing to expand its operational and future electric vehicle charging infrastructure. This initiative, backed by Infracapital and TPG, is set to revolutionize the ultra-rapid charging market with over 3,000 high-power charge points across 500 UK-wide locations. The financing, totaling £526 million, played a pivotal role in making this vision a reality.

Digital Infrastructure Deal of the Year – Data Centres: Maincubes – Project Matrix

Maincubes, a German data center operator, secured a scalable finance facility of €1.035 billion to drive sustainable growth across Europe. This ambitious plan, including the construction of six state-of-the-art data centers with a total capacity exceeding 70MW, marks a significant milestone for Maincubes. The financing structure sets a new standard for scalable data center construction financing, demonstrating our commitment to driving innovation in the digital infrastructure space.
