Susi Zijderveld and Angelien Kemna appointed to Supervisory Board NIBC

Today, NIBC Holding N.V. held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to vote on the appointment of Susi Zijderveld and Angelien Kemna as new members of the Supervisory Board of NIBC Holding N.V.

The EGM appointed Susi Zijderveld and Angelien Kemna for a term ending immediately after the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2022. They are also appointed as Supervisory Board member of NIBC Bank N.V..
