The Supervisory Board of NIBC Holding N.V. and NIBC Bank N.V. announces the nomination of Dick Sluimers for reappointment to the Supervisory Board of NIBC Holding N.V. and NIBC Bank N.V. Such reappointment is for a further 4-year term, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 12, 2024.
