NIBC and SchuldHulpMaatje provide winter support

For 80 years, NIBC has proudly called The Hague its home, and from this connection, we are dedicated to supporting our fellow residents. This winter, we are partnering with SchuldHulpMaatje Den Haag, one of our neighbours at The Zone office hub, to assist local citizens in need.

"Het Jassenhuisje" (The Jacket House) is a winter initiative aimed at providing warmth and comfort to people in The Hague who are struggling financially. Together with our colleagues, we have collected over 200 winter coats to distribute to neighbours in need of a warm coat.

Why a "Jassenhuisje"? With our mortgage products, we help clients achieve their housing dreams, and we support our business clients in realizing new housing projects. "Het Jassenhuisje" symbolises these ambitions. However, through this initiative, we want to emphasise that everyone deserves warmth.

SchuldHulpMaatje will be present during the coat distribution. They will engage with those in need of support and offer guidance to people dealing with financial challenges.

On 30 and 31 January, we will be at the Grote Markt in The Hague (near the Haagse Harry statue) from 12:00 to 16:00 with "het Jassenhuisje" to hand out the coats.
